Introducing Zenia McBride 🫶🎨🩷Zenia’s love for art began in 6th grade. She received an undergraduate degree in art history and a graduate degree in art education. Zenia taught art in LaGrange District 102 for 20 years. Zenia has worked at Vintage Charm for over 17 years. Zenia says “During that time in District 102, thanks to Nancy, my students and I created the three murals on Hillgrove.” Now that Zenia is retired from teaching art, she works part time at Vintage Charm, creates house drawings {HousesbyHand.com} and gives tours at the McKinnon Art Gallery located at Park Junior High.

To know Zenia is to love her. She’s kind, talented, witty, and fun. Truly one of a kind. When Zenia started working Saturdays at VC 17+ years ago, I noticed we had an influx of junior high shoppers, both guys and girls. Then, I realized they were stopping in to see her. Watching her interact with her students was a gift and inspirational. So very thankful to know and love Zenia McBride.
