Can I pick up my order at the store?
For orders placed online, we only offer in-store pickup at our La Grange store located at 729 W. Hillgrove Ave. During checkout, make sure to select “In-Store Pickup” as desired shipping option. Orders with in-store pickup selected are ready within 1-2 business days.
Do your items run true to size?
Yes! All of our items fit true to size, unless otherwise specified in the product description. For more information regarding size and fit for specific merchandise, please give us a call at (708) 354-1553. Our stylists are happy to help!
How do I use a discount code?
During the checkout process, enter your code in the box that says “Gift Card or Discount Code.” Please note only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
Can I use an in-store gift card online?
Currently our in-store gift cards cannot be used online.
Can I use in-store credit online?
Unfortunately, no. In-store credit can only be applied in-store.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Absolutely! Give us a call at (708) 354-1553 between 10 AM - 5 PM Monday- Friday or 10 AM - 4 PM Saturday. Please have the product name(s) you’re interested in and payment information ready.
When do I get my order confirmation?
You should get an email confirmation right after you place the order. You’ll also get an email as soon as we ship everything out. If you don’t receive an email within 24 hours of placing your order, please email email@example.com
