*Holiday Gift Return Policy & Shipping Deadline*
If purchased after October 15th, all gifts with valid gift receipt are available for store credit or exchange by January 15th. At checkout, make sure to comment in the "NOTES" section that it is a gift so a gift receipt will be given with shipment. Keep gift receipt!! No store credit or exchanges will be accepted without original gift receipt.
In-Store Pickup: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing for in-store pickup. Business days are Monday- Friday. In-store pickup for online orders is only available at our La Grange location at 729 W. Hillgrove Ave. You will be sent an email confirmation that your order is fulfilled and ready to be picked up. We suggest picking your items up ASAP, as items are only eligible for return or exchange within 14 DAYS of fulfillment date. You will receive a reminder by email within 10 days after fulfillment if order has not yet been picked up. Any items not picked up after 30 DAYS from fulfillment date will be donated to charity.
Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Order processing takes 2-3 business days (same-day or overnight delivery not offered). Once shipped, packages are guaranteed to arrive within 2-3 business days. Business days are Monday- Friday. Tracking will be provided via email after package has shipped. Spend over $150 for FREE shipping. ShopVintageCharm.com does not ship outside the United States. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Any delays due to USPS exceptions and weather are beyond our control. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered by the customer, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please make sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order.
ShopVintageCharm.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact USPS to report and investigate the issue.
Online returns can be shipped to the address below or dropped off at any of our 5 store locations. All returns must be received within 14 days of delivery with the original invoice for a full refund. ShopVintageCharm.com accepts returns and exchanges on full-priced merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. FACE MASKS ARE FINAL SALE AND NONRETURNABLE. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition. Return must have original invoice or receipt. Gifts with original gift receipt are valid for store credit or exchange within 30 days from purchase date (note the purchase date is not the day you receive gift. Prepaid shipping labels are not provided for returns. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. When making return, please include original packing slip in shipment along with the items you wish to return. Send to address below. Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as ShopVintageCharm.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received and refunded by ShopVintageCharm.com. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from ShopVintageCharm.com).
ShopVintageCharm.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 14 day return period. Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense. If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to pay a $5 return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 14 days. After 14 days, the items will be donated to charity.
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 DAYS of receiving merchandise to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or exchange. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email.
