ONLINE Gift Card

I wanted to send a gift card to my niece. I chose the amount and chose online thinking that I was purchasing an e gift card. I have done this with several other companies and was always happy with the transaction. As I went through the process, I was waiting for the opportunity to include my niece’s email address. It never happened. I didn’t find out until after I received the gift card at my email that it could only be used online. I am very disappointed with the whole process.
